# CremTrack™ Family Tracking and Memorial Terms

**Version 1.0 — draft**

These terms apply when a family uses a CremTrack care code, secure intake link, private journey, photograph upload or memorial. The organisation named on the journey provides the underlying care service. ANC Perpetua Holdings Ltd provides the CremTrack technology and may also be the arranging organisation where stated.

## 1. Private access

- A care code or secure link is intended for the family or person authorised to follow that companion's journey.
- Keep it private and share it only with trusted people. Anyone with a valid link or code may be able to view the limited journey information.
- Tell the arranging organisation promptly if a code or link may have been disclosed. Access can be replaced or revoked after appropriate checks.
- Do not try to view another family's record, guess codes, automate searches or interfere with the service.

## 2. What tracking means

- Journey updates show recorded stages of care and custody. They do not show a continuous video or independently prove every physical act.
- Times, arrival ranges and driver positions may be delayed, approximate or temporarily unavailable because of traffic, mobile coverage, device permissions or service interruption.
- Family-facing driver location, where enabled, is deliberately reduced in precision and only available during an active relevant journey.
- Do not use the tracker for emergencies. Contact the arranging organisation using the details supplied with the service.

## 3. Information and photographs

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not upload unrelated people, private documents, payment-card data, unlawful material or a photograph you do not have permission to use.

A companion photograph may be used privately in the journey. Public memorial use is separate and optional.

## 4. Memorial choice

- Creating or publishing a memorial is optional and is not required to receive care or tracking.
- You may choose the companion name, photograph, short remembrance and whether the memorial is private, preview-only or public, subject to the options offered.
- Public memorials can be viewed, copied, linked or captured by others. Social networks apply their own terms and privacy practices.
- Please use respectful wording and do not include addresses, phone numbers, private disputes, accusations or another person's confidential information.
- The arranging organisation or ANC may moderate, decline or remove content reasonably considered unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing or distressing. We will not change the meaning of a remembrance without permission.
- You may request unpublishing or deletion by contacting the arranging organisation or hello@cremtrack.com. Removal from CremTrack cannot remove copies already shared elsewhere.

## 5. Service messages and marketing

Operational texts and emails may provide intake instructions, care codes, collection, arrival, progress and return updates. They are not marketing. A review or memorial invitation may be sent separately and should make clear that responding is optional. Marketing requires a separate choice where required.

## 6. Responsibility

The care provider remains responsible for the physical service it performs. CremTrack records information supplied through authorised workflows. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law does not allow to be removed.

CremTrack does not provide veterinary, legal or regulatory advice and does not constitute approval or endorsement by APHA or another authority.

## 7. Privacy

The CremTrack Platform Privacy Notice explains responsibility, recipients, retention, security and rights. Optional public memorial information is processed according to the publication choice recorded at the time.
