Every crematorium sets its own services and prices.

iThe journey

Fast for the practice, and controlled for you.

Prices are captured at booking. A later catalogue change cannot alter an existing quote or invoice.

  1. 1

    Publish your catalogue

Real service methods, weight bands, collection options and prices, in a versioned catalogue.

  2. 2

    Invite your practices

A single-use, expiring invitation. Each practice has its own individual accounts.

  3. 3

    A practice sends a request

It sees only the services and prices published to it, and a clear summary before sending.

  4. 4

    You accept

A request becomes an operational record only when you accept it.

  5. 5

    Both sides follow the work

The practice sees safe status updates for its own bookings.

  6. 6

    One weekly invoice

Completed work joins the right practice's invoice, once only.

iiWho sees what

Unlimited practices, each kept apart.

For the crematorium
You own your catalogue and practice prices, may agree terms with one practice, and can pause future bookings without hiding history.
For the practice
No charge for being linked. Individual accounts, and control over who can book or see invoices.
Between practices
Each practice sees only its own bookings, quotes, messages and invoices. Never another practice's prices.

iiiWeekly invoices

Billed once, with a clear history.

Each invoice line links back to the booking as agreed. Corrections are credit notes, and issued invoices are never quietly rewritten.

ivThe Premium boundary

Bookings and family tracking stay separate.

Veterinary Integration does not include Premium identity or family tracking.

Where a crematorium separately holds the Premium entitlement, an eligible individual booking can begin family tracking. The practice can see that a family is following the journey. It never sees the care code.
